The evolving purpose of SAC’s is to reduce domestic violence by providing crisis intervention and support through advocacy, education about domestic violence and providing shelter when necessary. Our secondary purpose is to prevent domestic violence by modeling respectful relationships, educating community to non-violence methods of effective parenting and respectful relationships, and providing supportive programs necessary to achieve the purpose.
